How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund for a wrong, defective, or broken product, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: Please securely package the item in its original packaging (including bubble wrap, Thermocol & Foams ) and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs for wrong, defective, or broken items will be covered by us.
Refund or Replacement
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost. We will also cover the shipping costs for returning the wrong, defective, or broken item.
